To keep the price of Kobol as low as possible we decided to offer some of the functionality as optional modules and that is where the Kobol Debugger plug in comes in. The Debugger comes with all of the features you'd expect to have, and is fully integrated into the IDE.

Features

Features include:

Set breakpoints in COBOL sources.

Step thru COBOL sources.

Step into performed code.

Step over performed code.

Display COBOL data items in the same format as the DISPLAY statement.

All the gdb commands, such as stack tracing, listing source files and the like will work.
