tkcVideo is a multi-format video playback application for the Sharp Zaurus, making the Zaurus the worlds first portable Mpeg4 player. Because Mpeg4 encoded files allow the use of lower bitrates with the same quality, it is possible to encode more than 1 hour of 320x240 (the Zaurus screen resolution) Mpeg4 video to a 128mb Compact Flash card.
Now you can take your movies anywhere on the go and watch them conveniently while you are waiting at the doctor, traveling or bored in a meeting (although the headphones will be a giveaway).
 Supported video formats:
- MPEG 1
- MPEG 2
- MPEG 4
- MSMPEG4 V3
- H263(+) (aka RealVideo 1.0)
- Raw video
- AVI
- MJPEG
For the Archos PMA4xx device, the vide formats supported are the same as those already supported on the device.

- Preview mode
- Fullscreen mode
- Seeking (ff/rew is also assigned to left/right hardware keys) for AVI/MPEG4 files
- Pause/resume (can use the hardware "space" key)
Because of the limitation in SD support on the Zaurus, you cannot currently use this external media to play files. We are trying to find a work around now.

Support Note
There are some differences in the C700 that have caused us to limit this application in two ways. First, there is no 'preview' mode of video, it goes to full screen immediately, and second, only one video can be played at a time, so the application will exit when the video is finished, you just re-run the app to watch another movie. We are working to get around these limitations currently.
